Physical activity and exercise is very paramount and good for the body as it serves and provides many advantages to the human health on the general scale. Exercise helps relieve stress, improve flexibility and detoxify the body from poisonous substances that can harm the body like fats, excess salt and urea e.t.c. one major source of exercise today is sports, this physical activity called sports has spread and grown on a global scale as there have been development of hundreds and thousands of sports in the past years such as track and fields, soccer, indoor sports, winter sports, car racing sports, basketball, volleyball, handball, rugby and the list goes on.
One positive thing about sports is its ability to integrate people from various tribes, race, interest and religion together and also its relaxing attribute for both players and spectators especially, Not only do sports and fitness stimulate and sustain our health, it also enhances our performance skills and increases our well-being. However, too few of us practice sports or exercise regularly and consistently; a system the platform I am about introducing to us in this article intends to change. 
BEAT is a platform that promotes sports activities on the blockchain. More specifically, sports enthusiasts can earn tokens by doing sports exercises that can be tracked through devices or software. The recorded data will then be posted to the blockchain. This data owner may disclose or hide such data.
